Is it time to see a chiropractor?
Your body sends signals. If any of these sound familiar, a visit can help you understand what's going on — and what to do about it.
Sharp, radiating pain, numbness, or tingling running from your low back into a leg.
Waking up locked-up, or feeling stiff long after you should have loosened up.
Tension headaches that build from a tight, achy neck and upper back.
Aches and stiffness that stuck around after a car accident, fall, or injury.
A limited range of motion that's making everyday turning, bending, or reaching harder.
Aches that ease up, then return again and again without a clear reason.
About Us
At Holden Chiropractic, care starts with listening. Rather than chasing a single symptom, the approach looks at the whole body to find what's actually driving your pain — then treats it with gentle, thoughtful adjustments. Patients often describe feeling genuinely welcome here, especially those who were nervous about seeing a chiropractor for the first time. It's a calm, unhurried kind of care that takes integrative, root-cause health seriously. The goal is simple: help you hurt less, move better, and understand what's going on in your own body.

Dr. Holly is a 'heart first' medical provider! She has given us wisdom and wise counsel with my daughter's knee injury while working with our pediatrician & orthopedic's reports to provide the best care. My daughter had electro shock therapy and after a couple of sessions her knee had nearly full mobility! She spent over three months, not being able to bend her knee. Dr. Holly is incredible.
Not only is Holly so sweet and welcoming, she also really knows her craft! After years of being too nervous to see a chiropractor, Holly made me feel comfortable and welcome AND I feel better than ever! Seeing her for adjustments has been a game changer!
Dr Holly is amazing! Her approach is gentle and thoughtful and addresses the whole body. She is very knowledgeable about integrative medicine and getting to the root cause of problems. She is a true gem!
Dr. Holly Holden is kind and holistically focused. My favorite chiropractor! Sad I had to move away. Go and see her!
Miracle worker!
